Shipping Policy
At SunnyDayArt, our current processing time for seasonal décor and window art is 1-3 business days. For all made to order home décor items it’s 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.
Return/Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges of products. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mysunnydayart.com within 48 hours of delivery. In your email, please include your order number, a description of the damage, and pictures to verify. If we determine that your product is damaged, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, at our discretion. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at our discretion), you will not receive a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may offer a gift card to the buyer. Please note that damaged products include cracks, discoloration upon arrival, or malfunctions.
Lost or Damaged Package
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider it delivered. We cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the transportation and delivery process. Please contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package. We advise you to double-check your address before making a purchase. If the carrier returns the package to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and offer to resend it with an additional shipping fee or refund the returned products (shipping not included). For international orders, please be aware that you may incur import taxes upon arrival at your post office. We will not refund for refusal of the package due to these fees or for packages lost overseas. Please note that international packages may take a month or more to arrive.
Handmade Nature of Items
Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade, which means that products may slightly differ from each other.
